Will You Be Presenting at GLS 6.0?

09 Nov 2009
Posted by Andy

GLS 6.0 organizers* have opened their call for proposals!

In just over 7 months — June 9-11, 2010, to be precise — the Games+Learning+Society Conference in Madison, Wisconsin, will be upon us! Check out GLS 6.0's newly-released program structure and keynote speakers. (Plus, don't overlook the mysterious Friday afternoon slot from 2:00-3:00pm.)

If you have an idea or two for a proposal, your submission is due by midnight on Monday, 1 February 2010.

As mentioned on its site, the conference will once again feature its "Massively Multiplayer In-Person Poster Session (MMIPPS?) — over delicious dinner and open bar — ideal for those who wish to engage in informal, face-to-face discussions about their research, with colleagues and other conference attendees."

To submit proposals for presentations and the MMIPPS, head over to the conference's submission page.

Missed last year's conference? GLS 5.0 videos are online for your viewing pleasure.

*Note: GLS 6.0's executive committee includes founders, board members, and friends of the Learning Games Network. Plus, LGN is a sponsor of the Games+Learning+Society Conference.
